Conference Sponsorship
Sponsorship for the EC3 – CIB w78 conference gives a number of returns, as shown in the below table:
- Entrance tickets: all sponsor packages come with a number of registration tickets, depending on the size of the sponsor packages. The same applies to dinner and reception tickets.
- Market Place Stand: At the conference venue, there is a market place area where interested companies can place a stand. This will be in a well-attended area of the conference venue (either the lobby or the coffee area), and those stands can stay there throughout the duration of the conference. Dedicated time slots for these stands will be scheduled, so that there is sufficient time for engagement. The size of the stand (regular, large) depends on the chosen sponsorship package.
- Advertisement: online marketing and advertising is enabled by default and varies in size depending on the package.
- Product engagement workshops and Spotlight presentations: Moreover, we offer the option to organise product engagement workshops in parallel tracks, and giving spotlight presentations during a plenary session.
Combination sponsorship
Since the EC³ & CIB W78 Conference, the EC³ Summer School and the LDAC Workshop are collocated, one can combine combinations of sponsorships as preferred. We particularly offer the following combi-deal sponsorship packages.
Conference Participation
The easiest way to participate from within the industry, besides buying a regular conference registration ticket, is to register directly in the registration system for an “Industry booth”. This gives you access to the conference for two people, plus the possibility to place a stand/booth at the industry marketplace. The price for this industry ticket is the regular registration fee times 2 plus 10%. At an early bird rate, this price amounts to 1.450EUR (tax-exempt). For more details visit key dates and fees .
